Summary: Our stay was very pleasant, always use this hotel when we travel to the area for concerts. Location is super convenient and price is reasonable.

Summary: The room floor is not clean. The bed is too soft, so my back is hurt. My room is next to the ice making machine. It makes a big noise.

Summary: Mold in shower. Bed saggy on one side, TV reception spotty, lightbulb in lamp out. Missing desk chair, breakfast was a mere package of muffins and coffee. NOT even any cereal, fruit, juice, milk, yogurt, bread, bagel, etc.

Summary: Room was adequate but was unaware that there was a nightclub attached to the hotel. The volume was so loud it made objects in my room rattle until 2 am

Summary: I called days ahead to request connecting rooms that we needed due to having young kids and being a family of 6. They said we had to wait until the day of arrival to see if we could get it. Unfortunately, they could not accommodate this upon our arrival & stated it was because we had a pet. They allow pets, but did not state only in certain rooms. We changed rooms 2 times getting non connecting rooms. There was a flood in the 1st room, soaking wet carpet, leak in ceiling & the other room had a sink that would not drain. They moved us & we got 2 rooms several doors away from each other. One of those rooms had water pouring down on the furniture & dresser. My husband took a video to show the staff. We complained & they switched us to another set of rooms next door to each other, but still NOT connecting. In the hall was a huge trash can they set up that was collecting water from a leak in the hall ceiling...I feel like they know they have a leak problem. They finally changed us to another set of rooms next to each other, but not connecting. We made due with those 2 rooms since it was so late now and we had traveled hours & had a furneral to attend early next day. Thankfully those 2 rooms did not have any leaks that we noticed. But the lights/lamps were not working. We literally had to take a bulb from a lamp in one room into the other room just to have light. We will never stay here again. It was a frustrating experience. Run down.

Summary: Broken chair in my room was never replaced despite my repeated requests. They do not care if you can sit or not. This was in a handicapped room. Beware

Summary: The room I was first given was not cleaned, bed unmade, Wet towels. I complained and they put me in another room, and that was good. My suggestion,make sure the rooms to be rented( had reservation) are done and cleaned. Check in time is 3 pm, I got there at 12 just to check in , and told them I would be back later, had family business to attend to,got back to hotel around 6:30 and went to room and found it that way. While they did give me another room ,I find it disgusting that room was missed,and I gave them 3 extra hrs get room ready. Makes you wonder what's happening in these rooms , Between 12-3 pm !! Especially finding makeup on the pillow.

Summary: Didnt clean the room, half drunk beer in the fridge, shower head was spraying water all over, dirty rolled up tissue peek hole in door. Didnt change bedding.
