Summary: Front desk staff very helpful in finding us a room on ground floor. Bed was lumpy. No food service at Red Roof . Not helpful because we were pulling a trailer.

Summary: Let me begin by saying the room was bright and the staff was friendly. The chair caught my eye immediately because of the large rip on the arm. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, it was a very used Coil spring mattress that made noise when lying down. The pillows were old and kinda smelly. Thank God I brought my own. There was a large clump of hair on the floor next to the nightstand. The bathroom had a large stain on the countertop and the ceiling fan was not properly attached to the ceiling. I would not recommend and will not stay here again.

Summary: The hotel was very nice! It has been recently remodeled and it is done beautifully. My room had a Jacuzzi tub and it was well worth paying the extra. My biggest complaint about the entire hotel was the bed. When they remodeled and got new everything else they must have forgotten about mattresses. It was old broken in the middle and the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. Good thing I could relax in the Jacuzzi afterwards.

Summary: This was the 2nd time we have stayed there. We love it. It’s secluded. Quiet. The staff were friendly. Coffee was hot and available.

Summary: Super clean and super friendly staff. Electric outlets in bathroom didn’t work and smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling. Pretty good place but needs some maintenance.

Summary: The room itself was very clean, the property not so much. Had a funky smell to it. Room sort of updated (new floors/beds/bedding/furniture), sink had a huge crack, mattress & pillows super cheap, walls had stuff ripped off and not repaired. Door lock didn’t latch or lock properly. Saw through peephole a hotel worker coming by to check my door lock. Walls were paper thin. Got a call around midnight from the front desk saying we need to keep the noise down and my kids and I were all sleeping. Overall did not feel like a safe place for a family. Only thing good was how clean the room was. Won’t stay again, won’t recommend to others.
