Summary: Gave us adjoining rooms as requested. Would have been better if the pool was open since had 4 kids.

Summary: Poor quality bath towels, very worn. Thankfully I packed towels. In addition, I made the reservations prior upon arrival at check-in. The clerk told me that there was no way that I should have been able to book that room and I had to pay additional money because the room I booked was not available. She even admitted that it was a system’s mistake yet I had to pay additional money for that mistake.

Summary: I reserved 2 rooms the same When I arrived at the hotel 1 room was not available so due to last minute change I had to accept the change and be charged extra for it. The bathroom was clogged and no help and no breakfast as stated in the Hotels.com page. Terrible experience , will not stay at a Red Roof Inn again - this was my first time staying at one and will not return.
