Summary: The staff is so friendly. The Lakeview is amazing. Great to see fireworks on the 4th. The pool area was nice and quiet. Every part of the hotel was clean. I loved our stay here. The hotel room including the bathroom was spacious

Summary: The room was nice, however some of the business should have been replaced or repaired. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities and computer station need immediate attention.

Summary: I was told when I got there that someone under my name was checked in. It made me very nervous. The clerk went to my room and checked to see if anyone was there- about 5min later he walked down the stairs and another gentleman walked down on the other side of stairs at the same time. Not sure if this was coincidence. It made me uncomfortable to sleep. I was nervous,. the clerk was very pleasant and apologized several times for the confusion. He stated another staff member checked me in =-something about a 3rd party reservation. i stayed here almost every week for the last few months with no issues. That is the only reason I didn't given it more stars, which i usually do.

Summary: Although this is an older property, the room was extremely clean. I did not check in until closet to 10 pm the evening of 4/26 and there was an issue with my reservation, my fault totally! I had inadvertently confirmed my stay for the night before. The gentleman at the front desk ( his name escapes me) was very accomodating, professional and understanding. The next morning (4/27) I spoke with the desk clerk on duty about the mistake I had made and she refunded my money for the night of 4/25. She was also very nice to do that. Whenever in the area, I will definitely stay here again.
