Summary: The first room i was in the tv didnt work went to the front desk and it took almost an hour for someone to come look at the tv. The tv didnt work so me and guest were moved to another room and there was mold on the ceiling.

Summary: The room was not clean. My non-smoking room reeked of smoke and there were burn holes in my bedding. The floor turned the white bath mat black once it got wet. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

Summary: My stay was NOT good. The young lady at check in was very blunt and had upbeat tone. After giving us the key to the room she said she hopes the rooms are cleaned. Once we got to the rooms they were NOT clean and there was no clean sheets on the bed the pillows had no pillow cases and the floors were extremely dirty. There were no towels in the room, the phone was un-pluged and the room had a bad smell. The other room was the same but the linen on the beds had big stains on them. I went downstairs and the house keepers Tina and Warren asked what can they help with and I gave them a list of things. They asked if we can come back in about an hour and they will take care of it. We left and came back and they did what was asked. They were very nice. The pictures on line is not factual. CATFISHED! There is no water in the pool and the trash is everywhere. My family was really upset but we made the best of it. I will NEVER stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there. There is junkies walking around and we constantly had to keep watch of our vehicle. At 3 am in the morning some kind of alarm went off and we were told that happens sometimes. There were no words on there sign and they should close this place down and start over with the proper staff and management. The young lady that was at the desk when we checked out was nice and apologized but she also felt bad. NEVER AGAIN!

Summary: Nice hot shower and great ac. Office lady was kind and helpful. Bed could have been a bit better, was sagging a bit on one side. Overall a great price for one nights sleep.
