Summary: This was an ADA room. The floors were rotted the shower curtain had mold and the floor stained. The shower head was immovable and when turning on the shower it sprayed on to the floor

Summary: I’m starting to not trust the reviews. I only stayed because I paid online and didn’t want to go through the refund hassle. The first room he gave me. We walked in the lights wouldn’t come on so I held the door open to find a lamp to turn on. Closed the door, my granddaughter started crying because she seen bugs(roaches). Looked around spider webs were everywhere, the beds were dirty, the sink had all kinds of dirt in it. Couldn’t look any more, went to the office and asked could I get a refund. He gave me another room key and said he would give a refund it it wasn’t better. It was better than the first room but not like the pictures. Beds felt crappy and I didn’t sleep well. I think it was cause I kept thinking bout the first room

Summary: i didn't like that the shower was not handicap accessible. They switched me to a larger room with a tub and provided a shower chair but is was scary getting in and out of the tub to shower as there was not any grab bars and water pressure was very low.
