Summary: It didnt feel safe. Main door to hotel room had to be pulled tight in order to close, no microwave, no fridge, no clock, toilet wasnt secure to the floor, shower didnt drain while water was running, Bed was on a metal frame everytime u got close to it u were kicking it causing a big bang noise, nothing for breakfast. Area itself felt a little run down

Summary: Not only did the show curtain have mold all over the bottom of it, the A/C unit had mold growing in it as well. Roaches crawling in room and all over grass, more importantly no one picks up after there dog! Saving grace, the cleaning staff really tries their best to keep it clean but management and ownership seem not to care as long as the hotel keeps getting booked. Best part is the location, stay at a neighboring hotel in the area, it’s not worth staying here.

Summary: The room was clean and bed very comfortable. The only thing was night time the room i had was at the end to the back and looks like a hangout spot to smoke and talk all hours and my service dog barked almost all night because if the talking outside by our room also too many outside light which made our room too bright even with the curtains closed. It was for 1 night and a saturday night also so i guess the place was full so it way not too bad.

Summary: Check in was quick, staff was friendly and helpful. Room however was not up to standard. Dead fly and dirt found on floor when i had to plug in the desk lamp that wasn't working, exposed outlets, bathroom had hair that was not mine on the walls, pillows had black and brown spots that showed thru the pillow case, dresser drawers were dirty and even tho no smoking signs are everywhere and even a provided smoking area guest were walking in breeze ways up stairs and in front of room doors smoking.

Summary: The staff is soo sweet but the place is not good it’s not really clean bugs a nasty small like cigs and old wetness the not the best they only give two pillows and the sheets are not clean

Summary: It was quite which was great, but we didn’t sleep under the blankets that was provided. They seemed suspect. The pictures were deceiving because the room needs upgrades besides the mirror. We took a few photos of the bathroom because why would you think that was ok to not replace.

Summary: The rooms need updating and truly need a huge upgrade. Some of the staff have attitudes and have forgotten they work in hospitality, while others did amazing. It seemed as if all the rules were not enforced on all guest but mostly us, which we never were a problem and if something was said to us we made sure to address it. So if you have no other choice please consider some of the other hotels in the area, as this place will always be my family’s and I last option for our next stay in the Virginia Beach area.
