Summary: I stayed the Aug long weekend with my spouse and it was a cute cottage in the Washago/Severn Bridge. You can access an onsite beach and pool tennis court. Paid laundry facilities. Inside the cottage we had everything we needed. The place is very clean. Ester is very responsive. Thank you very much would love to visit in the future!!

Summary: Very clean and well maintained. Owner was very responsive. Kids had a blast and loved having a pool on the property. Neighbors were a little loud past 11pm but nothing too crazy. Was disappointed there was no boat slip available. Had to leave boat in another marina 15 min away. However this didn't take away from our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a small family. It was really sweet to have a welcome note from the owner with a bag of chocolates. This definitely was a nice touch and very appreciated. Great cottage, great vacation.

Summary: Firstly, the property owner is extremely responsive. All our questions or concerns were responded to within minutes. The RV was new and everything was very nice. The property was a little small but backed on to a wooded area which was nice. The driveway is made of rocks but so is most of the resort. We liked everything about the accommodations but the air conditioning, it works but not very well. Seems under sized or something, the thermostat says it’s cold but you don’t actually feel cold. This seems to be an issue with all the RVs as the front desk tells you not to set it below 70F when you arrive. We rented a fishing boat for 4 hours, the kids enjoyed that. We brought our own life jackets since they don’t give you any. We also tried out the kayak. The pool was good, but due to covid we only got an hour use. The beach is rather small and needs some maintenance, but the lake makes up for it. Fishing at the marina was awesome, so many small fish were caught the kids had a great experience. On the property we had to set up a tarp to protect our bikes from rain, the only suggested upgrade would be to add some kind of canopy for rainy days. We went to Gravenhurst for groceries and a visit to lcbo. Was only a 15 min drive. We would like to come back again next year.

Summary: Very clean and spacious for a cottage for 4. We enjoyed all to do as well. Swimming, boat rental, basketball, meeting other people. Very big community of cottages.
