Positive: Staffer were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: Door dead bolt was old and didn't work. No inside latch for the door. The place showed its age in many areas. Could not take a shower since valve to divert water to shower was not working. Also breakfast was very lame. Only item that was hot was the coffee.
