Positive: The staff are so nice, friendly and accommodating. They treated the guests well. Good job to them. Also, the location is near in most restaurants.

Negative: Some of the facilities are old and not well maintained, I think. The railings at the patio of the beach front might not be safe anymore. Even the beach itself looked like it was not being cleaned/maintained.

Negative: Noise from the bar came up to our room, and there was no water activity equipment, ie: paddleboards kayaks or a boat to take us out surfing.
