1420 sq. ft of living area and very spacious bedrooms and modern baths.
The master bedroom has a beautiful extra large modern and spacious on-suite bath.
The kitchen was beautifully updated with granite counters and a breakfast bar.
Open floor plan with the living, dining, and kitchen open for your family to enjoy fun family time.
Leather sofas, nice dining table for everyone to have their meals together. Very clean and modern and new.
Smart TV's in each room. Cable TV in the living room.
You'll love the porch that runs the length of the home and is an extension of the living room with canal views. The downstairs patio is perfect for grilling out or relaxing with a cool drink after a day of fishing.
The dock has37.5' of dockage, a covered fish cleaning station, and 30 and 50-amp service at the dock. There's plenty of parking too, including a carport, to accommodate several cars and your boat trailer.
Key Colony Beach is a sought-after resort community in the Middle Florida Keys with restaurants, a 9-hole (Par 3) golf course, a beach club, and an oceanfront park. Vacationers and residents alike enjoy walking and biking around this beautiful community.

Summary: Best stay we have ever had in the Keys.. House is so clean and nice. It has everything we could have ever asked for. Location for boating was perfect, so close to everything. Pool area is gorgeous. Trying to rebook again but it seems really booked up, so if you get the opportunity take it.. You wont have any regrets..

Summary: We loved our time at Reef Retreat! The house is beautifully remodeled and the backyard is incredible. The dock was great for fishing, kayaking, SUP, and for our boat. We cannot wait to come back again!

Summary: From the moment we opened the door we were all amazed. As I explored the kitchen I was happy to find it well stocked with every cooking and baking supply you would need! The light switches are labeled along with the microwave and dishwasher. The rooms are spacious and wow what a master bathroom! The bathrooms are stocked with pool towels, bath towels and hair dryers. Downstairs in the carport we were able to park our 35ft boat trailer and dually with room to spare! There are many chairs and tables while you hang out outside and a deep freezer for your bait! There are a couple hoses outside as well. The location is perfect access to Vaca Cut. It’s about 4 canals over and the canals are labeled with street signs. We enjoyed going fishing, snorkeling, the sandbar and just hanging out at the house. We were even lucky to see a manatee and calf one afternoon at the dock. We hope to visit again next summer!
