Summary: The view was the best thing a long with the cockatoos. The food was under average and over priced. On Sunday $118 for 2 people to eat brekky and they dare to serve CANOLA spread. What is this? Poison that boomers eat. Seriously, the pastries were old and I think again made for boomers that have lost all of their taste buds. The bread choices is what...wonder white...and multi grain...again this isn't even real food. Cage eggs...okay they had avocado but it wasn't seasoned properly. Anything baked was inedible. The room itself..basic and feels dated. The design of the bathroom is classic early 2000s or even late 90s. Staff were friendly which is a plus but other than that I wouldn't really rate it, other than it was clean. I slept well despite the slamming doors from other rooms is quite loud. 4 starts is mainly for the view, cleanliness and staff friendliness. Otherwise, next time I'll try somewhere else.

Summary: Hotel is very basic, with huge amounts of customers being transferred in and out. Very commercial. But the price is good for Hamilton Island and never in the room anyway. Beds and pillows comfortable. Clean but needs a renovation, especially the bathrooms

Summary: Clean room | Friendly staff and support efficient | Breakfast buffet is amazing and kids eat free buffet great | Central location | onsite pool and drink service | this is my third time staying at the hotel and it’s been amazing once again

Summary: Clear on, big balcony. Lower floors are due an upgrade but overall great. Access to the gym was a massive bonus for us - facilities were amazing. Food in the hotel was ok.
