Reefside is one of the newest 8 bedroom waterfront luxury villas in Jamaica located in the Tower Isle, Ocho Rios area with its own private gated entrance. Situated on a spectacular 150 foot sea pool, this Jamaican villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and lawns. Reefside is only 10 minutes from the lively town of Ocho Rios and its renowned attractions, Dunn's River Falls and Dolphin Cove.
The spectacular Reefside comprises 8 full size bedrooms. The house has a very impressive entrance. Off the living room is a covered outdoor patio for dining and lounging with ocean views.
The outdoor patio leads through the beautiful garden to the pool area which overlooks the sea and seapool. Comfortable seating and a separate dining area by the pool at this amazing luxury villa Jamaica create a relaxing atmosphere for outdoor activities.
Reefside is proud to have chef Rosie ready to meet all your cooking delights.
The expansive pool area, with its fresh water pool, cabana & gazebo (to watch the sunset) and separate jacuzzi all overlook the spectacular seapool and turquoise waters of the Caribbean.
The first floor of the house at Reefside has three full size bedrooms, two with balcony views to the pool and sea. The second floor has three full size bedrooms, two with balcony views to the pool and sea. Another two spacious bedrooms have a connecting door as well as separate entrances with full access to a large upstairs balcony with pool and sea views.

Summary: Richie and staff were amazing. They were part of our family. The house was nice and the pool was wonderful but if I returned it would be because of our amazing house staff and new friends.

Summary: My family and I stayed at Reefside Villa for 10 days and hosted my mom's 60th birthday celebration there. When I say the staff went above and beyond for us. The service through out our stay was fantastic, the house was always clean, all our needs and wants were always met, the food just WOW Ms. Rosie and Richie out did their selves every single day. The house isn't has updated as others in the area but the staff and service you will receive will makeup for that! I'm already counted down till my next visit.

Summary: Our family group of 10 spent almost 2 weeks at Reefside Villa over the holidays. Lisa Clarke, the property manager is responsive, kind, detailed and helpful through the reservation and planning process. She also gave me her personal contact and told me she was available at any time for anything we might need. We never needed a thing/ experienced a problem. This spacious Villa has 8 en-suite bedrooms. It allows everyone a private room to retreat to. The home’s living/dining/gathering spaces are comfy and perfect for family games and meals-all with spectacular open ocean views! The lush property boasts spectacular trees, flowering plants and lush grass that we did daily yoga on. The grounds and pool area were carefully cleaned and cared for daily by Ricardo who is cheerful and welcoming. Monique cleaned the first floor of the home daily while Kayan cleaned upstairs. Their care is evident as they keep the place spotless. They always asked if there was anything else we needed or anything more they could do for us. Richard and Rosie provide food and meal service with thoughtful preparation & attentiveness. Rosie’s cooking dances on your tongue. She presents truly delicious, freshly prepared Jamaican food. Richard organizes and serves the meals, keeps the bar stocked and makes sure everyone has what they need. They are warm & masters of being there when you need them while never hovering. Working with Richie& Rosie to make shopping lists and choose menus was always organized and easy. We were so appreciative of this team’s experience and kindness! We felt safe at all times. The rock jetty creates a protected ocean pool and yet you have access to the open ocean and views to the open ocean as far as the eye can see. You have to be a little careful getting in and out, but it’s perfection. We snorkeled the reefs & used the sea kayaks provided. We made use of Lisa’s recommended transportation services. This Villa is a short ride to most of the favorite Ocho Rios activities and Villa staff are helpful making plans. Part of our group took a longer trip inland one day to see Bob Marley’s “9 Mile” home. Would book AGAIN!!! The *only negative I can think of is the Villa isn’t as brand new as the photos may look. That said, it is still special & clean with modern furnishings comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. They have clearly made an effort to provide visitors with lots of storage in the bedrooms for putting belongings away.
