Perfect location with spectacular Marina view!
Located in Placida, right on the Intercoastal that leads to the gulf, with resort pool and hot tub overlooking the water. Close proximity to several golf courses and independent restaurants; 12 mins to Manasota Key, and 15 mins to Boca Grande.
After a day at the beach, boating, fishing, water sports, or golfing, Reel Paradise provides a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind.
The Condo is on the second floor with elevator access and has been beautifully updated with bamboo flooring throughout and onto the lanai, making the space feel much larger. We have a comfortable pull-out couch that can sleep two additional guests. As you sit and relax in the great room, you'll have a relaxing view of the marina, or lounge in the heated pool or in-ground Hot Tub, which is just a short walk. There are several golf courses and beaches near by. Dolphin tours, booze cruises, kayaking, paddle boarding and so much more, is right in our area! Boat slips are also available at the marina for rent. Message us for recommendations for boat and trailer storage.

Summary: What a great getaway for our anniversary! The location was perfect being so close to Boca Grande and shops with an awesome view of the marina at night! The pool and hot tub were perfect temps for day and evening use! Definitely will return! The hosts were very helpful and in touch through our stay!

Summary: We rented this unit for some out of town friends. The property was beautiful and clean with wonderful views. Our friends were delighted and the hosts made sure everything was excellent.

Summary: Overall location for our visit was great. The problem we had was the water from bath faucet smelled like sewer. The trash can had fecal mater in it. Did not know this until we were leaving when we removed our trash. the main couch was so dirty my wife cleaned it of but she would not sit on it. So ,overall place and location fine. cleanliness of the unit to us was unacceptable. The owner will not refund any monies for this. He told us that the cleaning company was not able to clean this unit. They did it in house????? Not very sanitary with todays standards.
