Summary: The apartment was as advertised, with two double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our party of two couples. Close to Tofane lift and short walk into dining/shopping area downtown. BIggest drawback was Olympics construction at the ice arena immediately next to the property, which was noisy until after 18:00. In fairness, the host informed us of this, but so close to our rental date that we could not find another suitable property. The adjacent apartment was also being renovated, so there were construction workers on site daily, something we learned we when arrived. One reason we chose the property was the large deck that would get afternoon/evening sun, but another major problem was the absence of the umbrella shown in the listing, as the sun was so intense that we could not enjoy sitting on the deck during the afternoon. The host said the umbrella had been damaged by previous tenants but was unable to provide a replacement. There were a few things that needed maintenance, I'll let the host know about them.

Summary: My family enjoyed a great stay in a high quality apartment situated within a 10 minute walk from the center of Cortina. The whole place & experience was great and I totally recommend anyone to stay here. I will be returning.

Summary: Very clean and comfortable. Bedrooms and baths a little smaller than we anticipated, but nicely decorated and equipped. Nice walk into Cortina. Hockey/Ice rink next door could be a little noisy at times. Our only issue was the terrace. We were somewhat surprised to look out at multiple planter boxes on the rail that were filled with dry brown evergreen branches, obviously from Christmas?Winter? Gave a feeling of neglect. The other issue which we think is a serious one is the outdoor terrace rugs. They look attractive, but do not lay flat, curling at some of the edges and presenting a trip hazard. One of us tripped and almost fell. Hopefully the owner can resolve these issues as it is a very pleasant place to stay

Summary: We had an amazing time in Cortina and this appartment was simply perfect. Great location, 10 minutes walking distance from the city and center and 1 minute away from the ski lift. Also the view from the balcony was truly breathtaking, perfect for a little après-ski. Communication with the host was super easy! I would definitely recommend this appartement and would gladly stay here again.

Summary: This house is very well set up for a small group as it has three bathrooms, four bedrooms and a large comfortable living space and dining area. The views from the living area and the one bedroom are truly lovely. The kitchen is well equipped and essentials such as olive oil, spices, coffee and tea are provided. You can easily walk to the gondola (three minutes) and from there, reach the Cortina side of the resort. The small grocery store is about five minutes away by walking. The larger grocery store is about 15 minutes away by walking. Both are easy to get to by car. The house was very clean, check in and out was very easy. The host communicates quickly to answer questions. We would highly recommend this place. We were a family of four (two adult children) and we all loved the house and Cortina and hope to return. We would stay here again.
