Positive: Small but beautifully appointed. Perfect for a couple or family of 3. View great and location easily accessible to centre of town. Very well equipped with kitchen requirements.

Negative: Loved it but be prepared as the apartment is on sub ground -4 so there are a lot of stairs and no elevator for bags.

Positive: Amazing view and quietness (just hearing the waves was like a dream...). The studio was beautifully decorated and really confy. A plus having the shower separated from the toilet. Geat location. Highly recommended.

Negative: The lack of an elevator in the building, implying going up and down 4 flights of stairs (which is particularly hard on the day of arrival and departure). We missed an oven. Suggestion for improvement: raise the quality of bed and bathroom linen (they do not do justice to the rest of the studio).
