Summary: The front desk staff was wonderful—both the woman who checked me in and the woman who checked me out were professional and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness did not match their high level of service. I found what appeared to be food splatter (like salsa or marinara) on the baseboards, and there was stray body hair left in the shower. Great service, but the housekeeping definitely needs improvement.

Summary: Couldn’t get body wash for $104 a night. I should’ve had everything I stayed two nights that sucked and breakfast. There was no breakfast, plain coffee, plain creamer and some kind of dry cookie.

Summary: People live there! awesome bathroom, full couch and massive furniture overwhelmed modern upgrade. Coffee and muffins. Quick stop at best.

Summary: The hotel is a a little worn but ok for a quick stop. It looks like the place is mainstay for construction workers. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Summary: I had a great stay at Regency Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were both smooth, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how easy everything was. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I’m not a complainer but this time, yes I am. The first thing is we had to put up a $50 cash deposit which was returned at check out. The room was ok for the money. The toilet seat was broken. The hot water didn’t last long enough. The area where the water control handle is was coming off the wall. Lamp shades had stains on them. Yes, this was a basic room, but dang no ice bucket? There was no trash can so we bought one. The pillows were awful. Only one shelf in the fridge. The remote for the tv didn’t work and when my husband took it to the front desk, all the clerk said was, it’s universal it’s supposed to work. Did nothing to check out the problem. The towels were really thin and luckily I always pack some.
