Summary: Great staff and service. Nice hotel. Sorry they did not have an outside bar at hotel, only at beach.

Summary: The hotel in general is rated 8.5/10 , some improvements needed in rooms accessories, towels/water taps etc. The best to be highlighted is the bar area and the staff working there. They were professional with smile welcoming during my stay in the hotel..

Summary: Staff not responding to requests had to make repeated requests. Not friendly. most lighting not working, building in disrepair. Restaurant food is good.

Summary: The staff was very nice, welcoming, professional - and would say are the big plus of why to choose this hotel. The breakfast buffet has an impressive wide and fresh selection - another big plus. On the other hand, the hotel looks very tired - from dirty walls, damaged carpets, dark halls and broken pool chairs - the property owners maybe should spend some money on that instead of the luxury cars parked there...

Summary: Very nice hotel and nice personal as well. Sad that cause of ramadan just 1 of the restaurants was opened and beach- and poolbar was closed too. International tourists which book a 5 star hotel dont care about ramadan i guess ... the constructionwork @ the beach will look great when its done and the beach cleaned ... but do it when you have closed and not already guests in the house ...

Summary: I only stayed for one night but liked that there was a free shuttle from the airport and the hotel was a lot nicer than others I had stayed in previously for the same cost.
