Positive: The staff at the reception—especially the girl from Bulgaria—were excellent. She spoke very good English and was highly competent in her job.
Negative: Halal menu should be added to the breakfast. Many hotels in China offer Halal menu at breakfast.

Positive: The breakfast is excellent! Location is great. Not far away from Wangfujing shopping street. Staff are helpful and friendly. They gave me three free drinks and free use the mini bar for being a IHG member. Let me feel I am welcome!
Negative: The smell of the cigarette through out the air conditioning one night during my stay was the only one thing I didn't like for this hotel. Anyway, a staff brought us an air purifier.
Summary: Overall, this hotel is good and convenient with great services
