Summary: Every thing was good, except that fraudelent taxi driver, who took us from hotel to old town and got our 100 zulaty. The normal fee was 30 zulaty. We tried to make a complaint, hotel said it was not their responsibilty, taxi company said they were not accepting conplaints in the weekends! Shortly, be careful when taking a taxi from this hotel.

Summary: It was a 5-star hotel, but the service wasn’t particularly friendly. However, the price was reasonable, and the facilities were good for the price.

Summary: Nice hotel, but not a 5 star experience- complained about a tap running on several occasions where nothing was done. Key cards stopped working several times too. The breakfast buffet was also below average.

Summary: I had trouble getting my wife access to the room with will I was significantly delayed on an incoming flight. Despite giving credit card details, the made her wait for an hour and a half - which I have trouble accepting. i think it was not an advantage to have booked through Expedia in this case. This was our second stay at this hotel. On both occasions, the sliding door to the bathroom needed two people to close - poor maintenance
