Positive: The front desk were accommodating with us luggage. since we arrive early, we were allowed to leave them at the front desk.

Negative: We were 3 guests on my reservation; however, the front desk staff didn’t provide us with enough towels, toiletry items, and I have to go and asked them for all of these items. The room seemed not to be ready and dusty. The lady who was at the front desk late in the afternoon seemed to be angry every time we asked for basic room items like the towels. We were even told that 2 towels was our allowance per room. It is just ridiculous to have 3 guests and shared towels.

Summary: My stay was a bad experience since the room was not ready for us, the guest.

Positive: We had to flee from hurrican Milton so needed a safe place for 2 nights as we live on a sailing yacht in the marina

Negative: It was safe but too basic nowhere to hand your coat and the TV needed subscriptions to view in general...no where to put cases or bags....not even a table and as for the shower...no door so the whole bathroom is flooded....crazy

Positive: The security, it’s modern. The pool also looks nice.

Negative: We didn’t like that we had to keep calling and waiting to have the gate opened any time we needed to go in and out. The other option was to leave our IDs or $500 to use a remote for the gate. We didn’t like that there were cockroaches and huge spiders in the room. The WiFi was in and out and very slow.

Summary: Looks nice, but not worth the money.

Positive: Excellent location for the price. Clean room, fast wifi, cute balcony and Netflix setup and ready to go on the TV.

Negative: There are a TON of steps, absolutely unsuitable for anyone with difficulty with steps.

Negative: From Thursday to Sunday there is excessive noise from the bar downstairs, if you like to party, this is for you. If you like to sleep, don't bother. Staff were very accommodating and happily moved us to another hotel.

Positive: I would love to give the place a better rating because the location was great and the staff were friendly, whole place is new and clean, comfortable mattress, balcony, great location

Negative: Unfortunately it's just not fit for purpose as a place to sleep because the bar downstairs blasted music with heavy heavy bass late into the night, on a Thursday. Not the kind of sound you can block out with earplugs at all. Shower flooded also
