Positive: We have stayed at 3 other homes in this same complex. This was probably one of our favorites.
Negative: That we were not told any traps were down on the floor in several spots. Friends that were in the area stopped to visit and their toddler found one of the traps while playing on the floor.

Negative: No issues. Only had like 3 garbage bags and 2 dishwasher tabs but that’s a nitpick.

Positive: The house was very nice. The location was good except I believe that we will probably stay in town again because we ended up paying over $100 just for parking to go to the beach and to dinner.
Negative: The house was freezing downstairs and hot upstairs. The kitchen drawers were not wiped down when we got there and since we didn't use the kitchen I didn't clean. My daughter also found a large coffee spill upstairs which she cleaned in the bedroom. The advantage of a house has disadvantages when you want to get to the beach to find a space, the amount of money you pay for parking, the inconvenience of driving back and forth after the beach. When you stay in town you can spend extra time on the beach, walk to your hotel, save money on parking and spend more time in town because you are right there. When you drive over together you have to worry about what other people want to do - we all have to leave together. If you stay in town everyone can do their own thing. Staying out of town was really inconvenient- never did it before. We won't do it again.

Positive: The location was excellent with a brief ride to the boardwalk. We loved the trail behind the complex to walk the dogs. The space and layout of the airbnb was ideal.
Negative: We would love to stay directly on the beach. We'd recommend guests either bring a baby gate or host offer one. Everything else was excellent.
Summary: It was a pleasant stay, which we hope to do again.
