Positive: The staff communicated frequently to know when we were arriving so as to hand off the keys. Checking in early was not an issue: we dropped our bags off in our room and headed off for some snacks as the cleaning staff finished cleaning the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Everything worked well: the AC, the Wi-Fi, the washing machine, the coffee maker, the microwave, the fridge, the shower, the toilet. The room was spacious, as was the balcony. The location was excellent, overlooking a circular courtyard with shops and restaurants below. The space felt lived in and considerate to the needs of guests. Plenty of drinking water, coffee pods and tea bags, bath gel, toilet paper, towels, laundry detergent, washing up liquid, and ear buds were provided, in comparison to other hotels or apartment rentals just being stingy with these. There were even beach parasols for beach trips.
Negative: I don't think there was anything that we didn't like. It was very visitor oriented. There was noise from the plaza below but it was not an issue for us, but we can understand it could be for some people. The noise stopped when food service ended.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Valencia! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the space itself was clean, bright, and comfortable. The full-size kitchen was a huge bonus we enjoyed being able to cook some of our own meals with plenty of counter space and all the utensils we needed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm afternoons and kept the apartment perfectly cool for relaxing in the evenings. Check-in was smooth, and our host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We’d happily book this place again next time we’re in Valencia!

Positive: Very good location on the city center. The host was very accommodating. We arrived late at night and he was there to check us in. He always contacted us to check if we needed anything. Also we asked to leave our luggage at the property on our last day and he was very helpful. I totally recommend the apartment specially if you want to explore the city by foot. Looking forward to go back to Valencia.

Negative: It's an old building without an elevator that mighty be an issue with heavy luggage or people with mobility restrictions. We are a couple in our 70s and didn't have any problem.

Positive: The property is in a great central location. It is brilliantly equipped with all new items and has recently been tastefully renovated. There are also excellent places to eat in the immediate vicinity. We were able to have an early check in and late check out to fit with our flight timings. Few landlords are so accommodating. We would thoroughly recommend!

Positive: Absolutely perfect location. Our room overlooked a round plaza, and we could walk to everything in the historical district. Plenty of great food and things to do nearby. The room itself is modern but tastefully decorated. We didn't even realize when booking that there was a fully functional kitchen.
