Positive: I arrived late so I couldn't get a good sense of the place, but when I woke up, I got to see the beautiful panorama of vineyards and lush green hills and immediate grounds with park benches to enjoy the property. I was the first to arrive to breakfast and it didn't disappoint. The owner was there and she was super nice and the space was beautifully laid out. It has everything I needed and the coffee was great. It was a short stay, but I marked it on my favorites so I know I have a great place to stay the next time I'm passing through. Also, I arrived on a Wednesday evening and the restaurant was closed, but I was told by several guests that the restaurant was worth visiting. I'll have to make a point to reserve on a non-Wednesday so I can try it myself. I was able to go to the nearby town of Moncalvo and had a great dinner at Corona Reale if you happen to be there on a Wednesday. It's only 15 min away so it's an easy trip. Also, the rooms are very comfortable and very clean and well designed.

Negative: All was great.

Summary: An amazing find on my way back form Milan and I'll definitely stop in again!

Positive: We stayed here for five nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant overall atmosphere. The surroundings are beautiful and very picturesque — perfect for a short walk before or after breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel once, and it was excellent. We also enjoyed great wine produced on site. A wonderful Piedmont experience. Highly recommended.

Positive: The place, the location, the owners, the staff, the room, and the wonderful garden and stunning view.

Negative: The only thing we could say is that we found the restaurant a little disappointing. Not the decor, that's beautiful, but the food. It's not bad, but nothing exceptional. This didn't prevent us from spending a great evening.

Positive: We have been coming to Castello di Razzano for many years, always bringing friends and family, and constantly recommending it to others. This is an absolutely idyllic spot - just magical. The hosts are gracious, the rooms are big and comfortable, the dinner and breakfast outstanding. Although we came here regularly for many years, it had been nearly 10 years since our last visit and we found it now better than ever. A wonderful addition is the restaurant within the castello enclosure. An elegant dining experience accompanied by the perfect wines from the estate. In our view there is just nothing to fault about his place, even on a cold rainy late October day, strolling around the grounds with our little dog was a pleasure.
