Positive: Friendly staff. Tasty food at the gastronomic restaurant and good mocktails. Prices are relatively high but quality is on par. Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable albeit a bit stiff for me. It was quiet in the evening but started to get a bit noisy in the morning as the grounds were open. Great to be so close to the grounds. Breakfast was yummy although there were not a lot of fresh fruit, and absolutely zero vegetables.
Negative: The washroom does not have a door. The amount of vegetables in the dishes we ate at the restaurant is risible. No veggies at breakfast. Not a lot of fruit at breakfast. Restaurant (outside ones as well) timetable is extremely limited, be sure to be there on time for lunch (until 14h).

Positive: Proximity to Chateau Chambord. We were provided with complimentary water on daily basis and the room was equipped with basic amenities. I had the river view which was very nice.
Negative: A store to purchase food items considering the hotel is far from civilization!

Positive: We had an exceptional stay. The accommodation was lovely, the location amazing and food and rink exceptional. The staff were lovely to deal with and nothing was an issue. We had a sick member of the family and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.
