Positive: Fantastic welcoming staff - such positive vibes. The grass area with the bar and snacks such a nice energy and the beautiful place to take in all the atmosphere. Really a wonderful enjoyable stop- loved it.

Negative: The Church square very lit up at night so perhaps better curtains could be a suggestion?

Positive: The staff were very good. They were keen to make sure that guests were being looked after well and it felt like they cared about the hotel's high standards. The breakfasts and other food and drinks on offer were high quality.

Negative: Although very comfortable and well equipped the room was a little dark but I understand that's a drawback of older properties facing onto narrow streets.
