Positive: It was large with many windows, a good washing machine and a great bed! It was very comfortable. Some tea bags, coffee and milk would have been good. Most places offer this.
Negative: The gate system where we had to get out of the car and enter a code to allow the car to go in or out. ESP difficult as it rained! I believe there is a phone option but as we have no Italian, it was too hard for reception to explain. Also, we found out by ourselves that there was a shorter track to the Main Street down a lane but no one told us. I did feel a bit that I was in suburbia as a dog barked sll and there was nothing around us.
Summary: It was good. Good night sleep. The town of Catillion was rather closed down and no life and hardly an open restaurant I

Positive: We stayed in that hotel for three nights because wanted to travel to Breuil-Cervinia, Aosta and some other places around. For that purpose the location of the hotel was perfect. If you need to go for a good restaurant or grocery store the best option is to walk to St. Vincent. It's a cute little town which we loved. Parking at the hotel is small if the hotel is full. However, there is a free public parking across the street. And by the way, if you see parking space with white lines in Italy it means it's free public parking. The hotel is close to the street but it's quite during the night. Rooms are clean and bed/pillows were comfy. We love the breakfast as well.
Negative: The small parking which wasn't a problem as I've mentioned because we always were able to find free parking across the street.

Positive: We have stayed several times at this hotel. The staff are really lovely and welcoming, the rooms are very comfortable and always very clean. Great location for us, we love to wonder into town in the evening for a mooch and something to eat.
Negative: Due to the warm weather the room was a little too warm for us at night. I did tell the receptionist when we checked out and she said that they were not allowed to use the aircon yet (a local bylaw).
Summary: Great stay, amazing breakfast, we will be back, thank you.
