Summary: Staff excellent. Only issue restaurant closed had to order delivery, why dont Hotels.com and the hotels mention this prior to booking. Would not have have booked had I known this.

Summary: Remote location - need a car Grounds and terraces/patio a bit tired. Sun beds and chairs could do with replacing. Good breakfast Excellent pool

Summary: It’s a beautiful place, the location is just amazing. Lovely pool, very relaxing. We only stayed one night, didn’t get a chance to try their spa services. Everything is clean, the atmosphere is serene, the staff were lovely, kind and welcoming.

Summary: Spa outside pool water was smelling mold. Sauna was a joke, you will not swet at sauna, it is too small, seating too low and no water to get steam!

Summary: We stayed in one of the villas, and found them to be very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although the additional charges such as for room cleaning was unusual, it was not a significant detractor. Overall, the staff, facilities and location were amazing. I highly recommend the Relais Il Casale to anyone who is looking for a relaxing location in Italy.
