Positive: Beautiful location with welcoming friendly staff. Gorgeous garden with pool one could sit around although not open yet as not in season. The staff gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant nearby - really delicious.

Negative: We were put in annexe which was a concrete series of rooms - one could everyone and everything so didn't get much sleep! There was piped music coming from the restaurant which was disturbing for guests. The restaurant was so expensive we decided to eat elsewhere. The free use of spa pool was disappointing as the pool is small and only has water features so no swimming. The sauna was full so unable to use.

Summary: Promising location and outlook sadly not delivering in overall comfort or value for money.
