Positive: We spent 5 nights. The location was just perfect. Quiet area with lots of shops and restaurants around the area. Big mall 10minutes walk from hotel. The staff were excellent. Free shuttle to Disney Park. Train station nearby to all destinations.

Positive: The location is excellent for the shopping centre and local restaurants. The shuttle buses were convenient and never had to wait. The gym was good but some of the equipment could do with updating, especially the treadmill.
Negative: Cleanliness was lacking. Under the sofa bed had crumbs and dirty tissues when we arrived as well as dead flies on the window in one of the rooms. Housekeeping had not cleaned any of these at all during our stay. I have photos of these from every day of our stay from arrival until check out. One of the bathrooms had no towels given for showers.

Positive: Great location for visiting the Disneyland parks (3-minute drive using their very available and convenient shuttles). Rooms were spacious and user-friendly and the bar makes great cocktails. Many good restaurants for breakfast and dinner within walking distance, as well as a small market for food and snacks to consume in the room. They have a self-serve laundry facility for washing and drying for a few euros, which was very convenient.
Negative: Found it odd that the card key is needed to close the door of the room from the outside when departing. They explained it was to avoid closing the door when leaving the key in the room, which makes sense, but this was the first time I ever encountered this. Otherwise, there's nothing to dislike about this hotel.
Summary: Wonderful hotel with excellent facilities and free shuttle service very close to Disneyland Paris.

Negative: Unfortunately, the hotel was old and it’s sitting with no renewal processes and restoration has been done. Unfortunately, the staff were fixed minded and cannot negotiate any possible changes that might be done upon the reservation or any further question.

Positive: Staff were excellent and the rest area were good. However changing rooms locker were poor and not maintained, stem room was out of order due to a fault.
Negative: Poor maintenance in our bath room the drain in the sink took a bit of time for water to run away. The storage unit drawer handles were loose as was the room door.

Positive: Excellent location to the Disneyland Parks. Concierge and all staff so helpful & friendly. Regular shuttles and beds so comfy! Kitchenette was a bonus to make breakfast and sandwiches prior to going to Disney, has a small dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, pots, pans etc. We stayed in a junior suite which also had an en suite and separate E bathroom. We had intended to use the spa facilities. Unfortunately, the restricted pool times for kids did not suit us as a family so unable to comment on the spa.
Negative: A little rough around the edges in the bedrooms for example loose toilet roll holders and loose taps. Not much we didn’t like!
