Positive: - The boutique interior design was absolutely gorgeous — stylish, thoughtfully curated, and visually stunning. - The bathroom was exceptional — beautifully designed and impeccably clean. - Cleanliness overall was outstanding — probably one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. - The self-serve check-in process was seamless, smooth, and felt premium. - The entire apartment left a lasting impression — it completely exceeded expectations.
Negative: - There was no corkscrew in the kitchen (or at least I couldn’t find one), which was surprising for a place in Italy. But this didn't impact the overall stay experience. :)

Negative: Laundry detergent or fabric softener with a strong scent was used for the bed linens, and it bothered me, as it felt like the whole room smelled of it. It was too much; something more neutral should be used.

Positive: Clean and incredibly comfortable Villa. Beautiful interiors, combining classic elements such as brick and wood makes the hotel modern but with soul. Nice kitchen with dolci, patio and living room to relax. Remigio was very friendly and funny :)

Positive: This is a very unusual place. It's an old villa or mansion of a local noble, and part of it was converted into a small hotel. It has several rooms, and all of them are large, lavishly furnished, and very comfortable. I loved every minute of my stay at this hotel! On arrival, I spoke with the owner for a while, and he answered my questions about the age of the building, how they refurbished it, and many other things I was curious about, This is not an ideal hotel for business visitors (like I was), but it would be great for romantic getaways, weekend tours in the area, or to rent several rooms if traveling with friends. I don't know how and when, but I will return to this hotel again. Breakfast was a self-serve style, with lots of options. but don't expect scrambled eggs and someone to bring you cappuccino.
Negative: I have a few comments that are not meant as a critique, but rather as information to future visitors: * When you go to this hotel, you will be guided by navigation to the front door of the hotel. This is not ideal, because you will end up in a very narrow cobbled street, which looks more like a pedestrian area than a real street. Instead, set your navigation to the nearby parking, and walk the last 15-20m to the hotel entrance. * When booking this hotel, check with owner/clerk at the front desk/hotel manager about the availability of parking. There is a very large, free, public parking nearby, and there is always space for more cars, but this area is used once per week as marketplace. Ask in advance to make sure you are not hitting that exact day. ;0) * After you book this hotel, make sure you read messages from the hotel manager. He will probably request a picture of your travel document, and he will provide you with a CODE for the front gate of the hotel. * Hotel has an elevator, but it is very small because it was almost impossible to fit any elevator in this old building. If you have difficulties with stairs - this elevator will be perfect, but wheelchair will not fit into it.
