This upscale home is located in a quiet East Texas neighborhood offers 1,281 sq ft of deck space and 786 Sq ft of living space. This peaceful getaway is conveniently located in the Piney Woods just 1-1/2 hours from Downtown Dallas.
The house has Italian stone floors throughout, ceiling fans inside and on deck, granite counter tops, island bar with wine cooler, corner shower with body spray, custom cabinets and a metal roof. The master bedroom offers incredible views of the lake and has a queen- sized bed with a ceiling fan with a walk-in closet.
WiFi is available with 100 Mbps Internet thru-out the boat house, Direct TV with HBO an we provide a portable bluetooth speaker for outdoors along with washers, corn hole, jenga, dominoes and cards!
The kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. We provide dishes, pots and pans, silverware, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Ice maker and toaster oven. The boathouse includes filtered water and a Keurig Coffee Maker. Seat four people at the island bar or have dinner for six outside on the covered deck.
Drop a line and catch crappie, large mouth and hybrid striped bass, channel, flathead and blue catfish right off the dock. Want to explore the lake, bring your boat or jet skies and park in one of the boathouses electric lift stations.
The City of Tyler is located just a few miles away and offers a wide variety of restaurants, movie theaters and a newly built outdoor mall.

Summary: As a travel psych nurse I needed a quiet getaway. This place is so amazing!! I spent the weekend fishing and caught catfish, crappie, and bass. The pics online shows u exactly what u getting. The house is definitely a home with everything you will need. I promise u that u won’t be disappointed and I want to go back. I can’t stress how great this place is. It has all 10 stars for a reason. Thank u for allowing me and others to enjoy such a great quiet experience.

Summary: Loved it! Close to town but extremely peaceful and quiet. Was nice sleeping on the water, walking 10 ft away and fishing at any time. Beautiful quarters with many features and amenities! Jeff was easy to communicate with and seemed very kind.

Summary: Love the uniqueness of this vrbo! The views out the very large windows are amazing and you feel very private. It’s very clean and modern and the kitchen is very classy and large. Nothing about this place says “rustic”. It was a little cold during our trip to fish much, though. We were glad we took our little wagon as the walk is long from the car, but it’s all sidewalk and pier, so no worries there. The lake itself is absolutely beautiful! And when we had questions, Jeff was just a phone call away.

Summary: This is the perfect place for a respite from the daily grind! I love being on the lake, and going in the winter is a great time. You get to see the pelicans and ducks flying in and out and them fishing all around the boathouse! Jeff and Ashley could not have been any nicer or more helpful. I will be going back frequently. Highly recommend this serene place on the lake.
