Summary: It is simply a piece of heaven. The hosts were very accommodating. The lake was absolutely beautiful for kayaking even in September. It was a friends getaway and we felt safe and secure. There is plenty to do nearby however we did spend most of our time at the cottage as it was all we needed. It was also well equipped. We loved it

Summary: This is a great location for relaxing by a pretty lake, as well as exploring the South Shore - 30 minutes to Mahone Bay/Lunenburg. Lovely, clean cottage with a well-stocked kitchen (including a powerful blender for making daquiris:) Cornwall Road is pretty rough, but the lane itself makes for a nice 2-km walk.

Summary: This is my second time staying at Eric and Cheryl's cottage and it was a wonderful stay. The place is comfortable, quiet and well equipped with beautiful views of the lake (even if frozen this time of year). Eric is always super responsive and helpful. Thanks so much for the hospitality.

Summary: Myself and my wife had an amazing 12 night stay at this cottage. We have family in the area and we’re lucky to find this place. The views of the lake from the deck are perfect, we loved having coffee on the deck every morning then going for a kayak to start the day. Very close to Mahone Bay, LaHave and Lunenburg and not too far from Halifax. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
