This rental is located upstairs in my beautiful turn-of-the-century home, which is on the National Historic Register. There are two bedrooms and a full private bath. The first bedroom has a comfy queen-sized mattress, an oversized reading chair, and an enormous closet. The second is perfect for the kiddos with a trundle bed and two closets filled with books, toys, and art supplies, yet also comfortable for two adults with two super comfortable twin beds, a new flatscreen TV, and plenty of closet space. The fenced-in backyard is complete with a large deck, gas grill, fire pit, aboveground pool, and 15' trampoline with safety netting. My favorite spot is the wide country porch with its swing and two rockers. The neighborhood is ideal for walking, cycling, or jogging, and I'm located in the heart of St. Matthews, which is close to everything Louisville has to offer. *NOTE: I DO live onsite, but I’m extremely flexible if guests prefer conversation with me or privacy.

Summary: Wonderful property. Location is very close to a lot of good restaurants. We felt very welcomed. My husband and I stayed upstairs and was completely private from the rest of the house. We would definitely stay again!
