Summary: This is an older property, exactly as described. it was scrupulously clean which we really appreciated. The kitchen was well-stocked. The only thing missing (according to my sisters) was a teapot! Perhaps people don't use them much any more.

Summary: This property was clean, spacious , and welcoming! It felt very much like a friend allowing us to stay in their lakehouse. The place was well equipped with beach towels, an extra propane tank for the BBQ, books, games, even a welcome bottle of wine! This would be a great space for families as the lower level has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, a small living area with tv and covered deck. The perfect place to send older kids so parents can enjoy the upstairs! We had our 17 month old with us and had space to set up the pack n play in one of the bedrooms. We walked into town (30min) and there is a Sunday market, great playground, coffee shop, and grocery store. There is a beach with washrooms walking distance away, but it is quite a climb uphill to get home! The deck also had a great view of the lake and stars!

Summary: Such an adorable property, built in 1944 but perfectly and beautifully updated/renovated for modern living. The house kept cool during the extreme heat, had everything we needed for our stay, and was a quick drive down to the beach. Communication with host was quick and easy. Highly recommend! Summary: We were a group of 4 friends coming to Summerland for 3 nights and Patti's place was perfect for us. We had ample space and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The views from the deck were outstanding and we spent alot of time out there. The beach is only a 10min walk away which was great for our morning swim. Check in was seamless, the place very clean and communication outstanding. Anyone looking to spend time in Summerland and the surrounding area would be happy here. I'd stay again.
