This two story lake house is right on the waters edge of Big Pine Island Lake, near Belding. New construction, built in 2021. The kitchen and living area features large windows facing the lake. The house is a little over 1040 sq ft, with a large upper floor deck facing west to catch the sunsets over the lake.
Big Pine Island Lake is 223 acres; and is an all sports lake. You can fish right off the dock for bluegill and large mouth bass, summer or winter. We have 2 kayaks and a SUP board to get you out on the water. We are on the south end of the lake, which is a little quieter. The perfect location for a relaxing vacation on the lake!

Summary: Every single thing about this rental was INCREDIBLE. Modern, clean, everything you need is there. We had a great time sitting on the beautiful deck overlooking the lake, took the kayaks out a few times, and just enjoyed it all. Communication with the property owners was impeccable. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I have OCD when it comes to a neat/clean home, this home was spotless, comfortable and in very safe area! House feels brand new, with excellent, high-quality finishes. Wendy is so helpful! From check in to check out, she offered so much detailed advice. The folder she leaves on counter has detailed instructions for absolutely everything you may need to know. She responds immediately to messages and gives you cell phone number as well. We couldn't have asked for a better home or hostess! We were there for our son's wedding, so didn't have time to enjoy the lake, but view was pretty, and deck was very nice. Any small group would LOVE this home!!

Summary: This lake-front property is amazing! Well designed home with great layout, furnishings, and aesthetic. Owners are excellent at communicating. This is our second stay at this home. The owners even decorated for Christmas. We can’t wait to travel to Michigan again and hope this gem is available for our next stay.

Summary: This property was meticulous! I loved the day water views and the night star gazing. This home is very sound. When inside you hardly hear exterior activity. We loved the balcony, raises you up above to see the water from a different perspective. Plus, you don’t feel like the typical lake property where neighbors are on top of each other. The owners are prompt and courteous! I would return in a heartbeat!

Summary: My daughter & her family were here from Missouri along with my son from east Michigan to attend the wedding of our other daughter. There is a nice bedroom on the first and second floors, each with a bathroom and shower so that 2 guests/ small families can share the house with comfort. The home was beautiful, new construction, right on the lake. It's on a paved road, next to other lake houses. The houses are closer together, but that is not a bad thing. Beautiful large deck on second floor to watch the boats on the lake which you can access from inside or the outside stairs. I'm hoping to be able to rent this home for my family in the future.
