Welcome to our brand new cozy waterfront beach home est 2022. 5 minutes away from Long Beach Island and the beach. Minutes away from neighborhood bay with small beach area; small playground including tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. Many local and beach front restaurants and stores.

Master bedroom is a king bed with private full bathroom
Second upstairs full bath includes double sink
Second bedroom sleeps 4 – 2 full sized beds – TV in this room
Third bedroom sleeps 2 – day bed with trundle
Fourth bedroom sleeps 2 – queen size bed
Main floor ½ bath includes washer/dryer
Open concept main floor includes large kitchen that opens up to large 25 foot deck with BBQ, overlooking the lagoon. Bring your floats/kayaks/small water toys. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes coffee / espresso machine. Appliances include dishwasher and microwave.
Large dining room and small breakfast nook off the kitchen. Large living room with TV in private section of the main floor. Board games and karaoke machine if you want to just stay in for the night.
Garage includes bikes/scooters video games and indoor basketball hoop.
Walk out to the yard and relax on a swing or hammock. Wake up to fresh crabs in our crab cages in the yard or enjoy smore’s in the firepit at night.
Outdoor shower to use when you get back all sandy from the beach.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at beach haven west - house was beautifully decorated and very clean with plenty of games and things to do for the kids. Bikes , basketball , video games etc We really enjoyed our time there and would rent again .

Summary: Vacation home is lovely with all amenities and on the lagoon. Spacious and very clean, quiet and serene this house is perfect for a family. The owners provide bikes and beach chairs, linens, and beach towels, scooters and family games and its just minutes away from LBI beaches. HIGHLY recommend this place. 5 stars all around!

Summary: Enjoyed our time together in this beautiful home. Clean and comfortable. It took only 5 to 10 minutes to drive to the Long Beach Island beaches. Lots of amenities, like beach chairs, towels, a grill on a nice deck, washer and dryer and more.
