Summary: Beautiful property inside and out. Photos don’t do the property justice. It looks brand new. Everything you need is there, including chairs and umbrellas for the beach which was 5 minutes from the house. Super comfy beds with extra pillows. The backyard is a tropical oasis. Lounge chairs and pool floats for relaxing and cool covered deck area to get out of the sun. We spent a day just enjoying the backyard. Perfect location, close to sponge docks and Dunedin. We will definitely be staying again!

Summary: Such a beautiful home, very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were Extremely comfortable! Beach gear was such a great bonus as well. The back yard was very relaxing as well.

Summary: This home was is a great community and easy to find. Plenty of parking. From the moment you walk in the house is up to date and immaculate. The house comes with everything you need except food. From the living room, kitchen, bedrooms and porch the home was a great stay. The back yard has a fountain and pool which made it kind of an oasis. Gregg is an excellent host and checks in to see if there is anything you need. Highly recommend this home.

Summary: Super cute property, close to the beach and plenty of food options nearby. The pool felt super nice after a long day on the beach. It was a pleasant surprise to have beach chairs and a cooler available to take to the beach.

Summary: Very clean. The house is nicely laid out. Master is separate from other two bedrooms which is nice when traveling with family. Backyard is fun during the day with the pool and wildlife all around. Lizards, squirrels, birds and othe nature sounds fill air during the day. At night its the perfect place to relax and have a nigh cap.

Summary: The house was very clean and in a great neighborhood. The house was alos very quiet with no odd noises waking us up. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom/shower had everything we needed. The kids (11 and 13) loved the pool and the 2 bikes in the garage for our use. Cregg had lots of beach toys, pool towels and pool floaties as well. The backyard was full of lizards, squirrels, birds and all types of wildlife. I would highly recommend to anyone!
