Summary: Finding a place big enough to accommodate our extended family of 15 is not always easy but we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Hanleys Haven. The well furnished kitchen made meal preparation a pleasure and everyone slept comfortably. Fishing off the dock with grandchildren and catching a nice rainbow trout was an extra treat.

Summary: My family and I had a great time at the house. It has plenty of towels, blankets and kitchen items. The extra queen in the bonus room is actually in a utility room that is loud with freezer and air circulation running. That was a surprise. There may be a weight limit needed for one set of bunkbeds. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy the lake!

Summary: This property was such a wonderful place for our big family to gather and have fun at the lake. The house is very well kept and the owners are super helpful if you need anything. The shared beach was great for all ages and our little kiddos loved building sand castle and wading in the lake.

Summary: Our stay was for seven nights. With the weather in the 90's we spent most of our time at the water. The deck gets shade earlier in the day, so that was great. It was so quiet and nice after a day in the sun. We really enjoyed our stay. Good location as well. The owner was very helpful and good communication.

Summary: We had a fantastic time at Hanleys Haven on Deer Lake. Luke was very attentive to our needs, although we didn't have but a few questions as we arrived, the house and property is so very well prepared to host guests. From the kitchen appliances and stocked condiments, to the beach toys and chairs, DVD's that the kids really enjoyed, paper products, cleaning supplies...etc. I've done many family vacation rentals over the years, our experience here with this lovely clean lake house is top of my best pics!!! Really nice neighbors too! Thanks Luke!!!

Summary: Owners are super responsive, kayaks and beach were great for the family, comfortable layout. We had a great time!!!! make sure you follow the link the owner sends you to the place and don't make the mistake I did of using the address only. Summary: The house lived up to our expectations without fail. It precisely matched the description provided in the narrative. There was ample space to accommodate our entire family. For two days we had 14 people and the house proved to be ideal for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated having two laundry rooms. The beach area was perfect for the little ones while the older ones enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding as well. We would love to come back next summer!

Summary: Was a little worried at first but our host stepped up and made magic happen. Winter time so ice and snow. If you are prepared having chains and 4x4’s to be safe it’s a small hill but gets icy. If you do and have everything your family will love it. It’s a ways away to get anything. Bring sleds and winter toys. Luke is a great host fast response and very nice.
