In addition to avoiding congested public areas, all cooking, and relaxing can all be done in the privacy of your rental or enjoy the great restaurants we have, all open. Supermarkets and shops open to. Warm beautiful beach temperatures. Nestled in a quiet, nice, neighborhood in Port Orange located on the East Coast between Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach.Just a short ride to the beach, shops, golf courses and restaurants. This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home shows pride of ownership. Super cute and clean.The house has an eat-in full kitchen with white cabinets, a large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and if you like to cook plenty of counter space.The kitchen table can seat 6. Off of the kitchen is the living room with 2 large comfy couches and a lazy boy to make watching the large screen TV a pleasure. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, TV , and an ensuite bath along with a bureau dresser and a beautiful custom walk-in closet , nice linens and towels. The 2nd bedroom has 2 new twins that can also be converted into a king-size bed if wanted, nice linens, and a closet . The 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and we can also turn into a king if wanted upon request and a closet. All pillows, linens, towels new and nice quality.The beautiful full bath is across from both these bedrooms in the hallway.The house has AC & Heat and also French doors leading out to the spacious back yard fully fenced in and a nice table for outside dining if desired.It has a 1 car garage and off-street parking in the driveway too.Centrally located this house is 45 mins to Orlando and all the Theme parks,Under 10 minutes to Daytona Beach, less to Daytona Beach Shores beaches ,40 minutes to Cape Canaveral, & St Augustine making it a perfect location for day time trips.The Daytona 500 on International speedway is very close and International drive has all kinds of places to shop and also a large mall and lots of great restaurants. Port Orange has lots of shops and restaurants as well if you want to dine near the home. We are the closest beach to all the major airports, Orlando International 50 mins away, Sanford Orlando 46 minutes away , Daytona Beach Airport 10 minutes away.Come on down and enjoy the beautiful weather and this cozy rental. Summary: Everything was great. The house was clean, backyard was perfect for our Husky, the location was wonderful! I only have 2 complaints. The water pressure in the master bedroom was not great. Definitely could be fixed with a more powerful showerhead. We all ended up using the hallway bathroom for showers. The other issue was the beds, unfortunately they were not very comfortable. Other then those 2 things this house was perfect!!!

Summary: We came down for Biketoberfest 2020. Perfect location. House was stocked with a coffee pot and a Keurig. Property manager was amazing. She texted to make sure we were doing ok and if we needed anything. Plenty of outdoor seating. Gas grill, cornhole boards. They even had water hose and we were able to wash our bikes! The only con I had was the twin bedrooms. The beds were very small. They were more like toddler beds. I would highly recommend staying here!

Summary: We had such a great time here, the ranch is clean and well maintenance, we even BBQ our steak in the back yard. The washing and drying machine come in handy. There's a lot of delicious restaurants around. We really liked the Malibu Grill. Only a short drive to grocery stores. The manager, Cindy, is really a good help. My mail was late, we missed it, so Cindy sent us the missing mails. We definitely recommend the place！

Summary: Property is located centrally to shopping/food in Port Orange, not far from the beach. The house itself is small, but the layout of the house hides it well. The beds were not terribly comfortable, but not the worst. Our family of 5 found ourselves running the dishwasher a lot as there could have been more plates/cups/bowls. Backyard is nice and big for kids to run around in. It was a pretty enjoyable stay.

Summary: This is a remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive from the beach. Publix is not far from the house for grocery shopping. The pictures are very accurate. We enjoyed being able to have our two little dogs with us for our vacation. The Property Manager was very responsive. Overall I would stay at this property again, since it is pet friendly.
