Summary: Six senior adults stayed here for a ski/snowmobile adventure and visit with my daughter. This was our second time at this property. We had everything we needed. Watched Big Horn sheep out of the kitchen window and enjoyed coffee each morning while watching the sun kiss the mountain peaks to the west. What a wonderful view! We cooked the evening meal all four nights and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hot tub was much appreciated after our days of adventure. Hope to be able to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Summary: We love the views and the large porch with a hot tub. The bathrooms are nice and newly renovated. Large mud room with washer, dryer and sink. David and Cathy the host/owners are wonderful to work with. Excellent location about 10 minutes from downtown Salida. We look forward to returning to this property.

Summary: Fantastic stay at a lovely very clean home. Very quiet neighborhood with amazing panoramic views. This home is a reason to visit Salida. So nicely and lovingly appointed with everything you need. Friendly and helpful owner as well. Highly recommend, oh and enjoy that hot tub. Such a treat!

Summary: This property has amazing views! It was spotless, everything was first-class, and the owners were awesome. Tons of storage, a super quiet neighborhood, and beautiful stars. The trails are a short bike ride away. Great experience, will definitely stay here again.

Summary: My daughter broke her arm the day before we were to leave. I needed to cancel, but could not get through to vrbo or to the owners. We plan this vacation for them. My daughter had to have surgery on that Tuesday, so there was no way they could come. I did not want to waste the money, so my husband and I drove up and spent two nights and headed home. It would have been better with them. How do you cancel the day before you leave?

Summary: The property is so nice and tucked into the side of a hill affording privacy from neighbors. It was close to everything we had planned. The owners even sent recommendations for ctivities in town which we enjoyed attending. It was the perfect start to the kids summer vacation. I highly recommend the property it was so easy and convenient. Fully stocked kitchen with all your basic needs for preparing meals. If we ever go back we will for sure use them again.

Summary: We loved the house and the location. The house layout was great to accommodate three couples. It was cold and windy during our stay and we utilized the gas fireplace and the hot tub. The views were amazing.

Summary: 6 adults had a wonderful time staying in Salida. What a view! There was plenty of room to spread out. We had a great time playing games around the dining room table. The kitchen is very well stocked and it was very easy to prepare meals for our crowd. We plan to return!
