This quiet and spacious condo is located on over 26 beautiful acres of tropical Florida landscape, just off Blackburn Point in Osprey. Designed by famed architect Frank Folsom Smith, Pine Run condos include an elevated pool overlooking a tranquil lagoon and shell covered walking trails that connect the property's 3 sections ending at the Club House. This condo has an up to date kitchen with granite countertops and SS appliances, opening up into a large inviting living area with lots of natural light. Oversized sliders lead to your private courtyard with bubbling fountains and overflowing planters. The second set of sliders open to a large four season Lanai - beautifully decorated with a comfy queen sized pull out sofa. The Lanai is surrounded by a private patio and lush tropical gardens. This unit has two spacious bedrooms with sliding doors to the outside. The design concept is to bring the outdoors in. The master bedroom has an updated bathroom, a large walk-in closet and sliders that open out into the courtyard. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, a wall of closets and a contemporary bathroom in the outside hall. The additional room off the courtyard is a den/office, adding to the breezy feel of this 1378 square foot unit. This condo is truly a nature lover's Paradise. The community offers two heated pools (one geothermally), 4 tennis and pickle ball courts, a clubhouse, a fitness center and a section for kayak storage. The location perfectly balances the cultural attractions of downtown Sarasota (including the famous Siesta Key Beach- rated #1 in the USA and #10 in the world) with the old town charm of Venice while in a relaxing (always a breeze) beachy environment. The Legacy Bicycle Trail, Historic Spanish Point and Oscar Scherer State Park are all within 2 miles and Nokomis Beach is a 10 minute drive. Blackburn Point Park and Marinas are within a 5 minute walk from the property with boat launches and rentals available. The popular Casey Key Fish House and Tiki Bar (.5m), waterfront dining, cafes and shopping are all within a short distance. Two kayaks, two bikes, tennis and pickle ball rackets are all provided. Summary: We really enjoyed staying at this property for several reasons. Our host was very nice and responded promptly to any questions. The location is a quiet, very relaxing community and the property was very clean and spacious. Loved it!

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Mary Ann’s place . Pine Run is a quiet and beautiful community. The 2 pools and the tennis /pickleball courts are well maintained too. Her place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay , from a well stocked kitchen for cooking to beach towels and bicycles . There also is a detached covered garage for 1 car and 1 outside space. A smart TV with cable is in the living room. Outside seating areas are beautifully decorated and tranquil. All this made our stay very enjoyable!

Summary: My family and I had the pleasure to stay here for over a month and enjoyed every second. Beautiful condo in short distance to many many attractions and world renowned beaches like Siesta Key. This condo was equipped with anything you could need plus some! Mary Ann (owner), was the best and made sure we had a great time during our stay. We will definitely be back!!!
