Oak Haven is an ideal getaway to relax and unwind. Come enjoy traces of a time past with all the modern conveniences. Minutes from a golf course, launches and marinas for all your boating and fishing activities. This property accommodates maximum of 6 people (4 during holidays) with 2 bedrooms having Queen beds and a loft with 2 single beds. Features 2 full baths with a ½ bath in loft. The master bath features a jacuzzi tub as well as a separate full-size shower and double vanity. Large porch and sizable deck in back.
Due to Covid-19, there is a wait of at least 24 hours or as long as needed after a guest checks out to allow cleaning and disinfecting before the arrival of our next guest. Same day checkout/check-in is not permitted at this time.
Includes: fully equipped kitchen, linens, DirectTV (2) downstairs, gas grill, washing machine and dryer.
NOTES: There is a NO PET policy and smoking allowed outside only.

Summary: When I booked the property it was primarily due to the privacy and the hot tub, however, after booking the owner informed me the hot tub was broken, This was a dissappointment but not a deal breaker as the availability of properties was not that great. It was a beautiful property and very comfortable, though not as secluded as it appeared.
