Positive: Restaurant was on renovation, so we got room service for the breakfast. Breakfast was from menu. It was perfect. Way better than expected :). We ordered toasts and Egg Benedict. - very good.

Negative: There was no shower head holder in the shower. Had to hold it in one hand :). Funny way. Do not understood the idea of this setup :).

Positive: This place is just great. Not only location (castles, wineyards)but especially the service, breakfast and accomodation have impressed us greatly. I highly recommend.

Summary: One of the best place we ever stayed on the way from Poland to Austria.

Positive: The staff has tried to compensate with their kindness clear weaknesses of the service, in some cases successfully (breakfast).

Negative: A result of judgments above nine, should be deserved to a different quality of the host. Wellness area was substantially not available not just due to the swimming pool (closed in january, date of this review) but because the access is possible only walking outdoor (with a temperature below 0) for a significant distance. Additionally, the devices in the bathroom (206) were not only of poor quality but also malfunctioning with irregular flow. Dialogue with the host (verbal a/o written) almost impossible due to lack of confidence with international languages.

Summary: Nice premise, but will never book it again.
