Master bedroom has king bed, private balcony and walk in closet. Enjoy cooking in updated beautiful kitchen. Gorgeous laminated and ceramic tile flooring. Extra large balcony accessible from living room and second bedroom. Washer and dryer are in unit. Covered parking. The complex offers a heated waterfront pool and spacious pool deck with spectacular views of Tampa Bay and the Skyway Bridge, a fishing pier, a grill area and a 4 mile walking/biking trail. Minutes to beaches, restaurants, downtown St. Petersburg and all that Florida living has to offer. Building offers secured entry . You can see Dolphins playing and cruise ships from the balcony.

Summary: Our recent stay at Mili's condo rental in St. Petersburg was a lovely experience. The unit was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight of the trip was the beautiful sunrises and because it was a corner unit, the sunsets we witnessed from the balcony every day. The condo was located on the water front, offering breathtaking views of the bay. We spent hours sitting on the balcony, soaking in the sun and taking in the scenery. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway by the water. I also wanted to add that the owner of the condo, Mili, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with, which made the rental process seamless. Mili went out of her way to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Her hospitality truly made our vacation even more memorable. In addition to the stunning views and excellent service, the location of the condo was also a major plus. It was centrally located between St. Pete Beach and St. Petersburg downtown, offering easy access to all the activities and dining options in both areas. We were able to spend our days exploring the beach, visiting local attractions, and trying out new restaurants without having to travel far from our accommodation. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better location for our vacation.
