Relax and enjoy an unobstructed view of the beautiful Catalina mountains right from your bedroom or patio, or spend the afternoon cooking on the built-in gas grill and bar on the spacious covered back patio while critiquing the golfers as they move on from Saddlebrooke's 6th green. You won't find many other houses in Saddlebrooke with this combination of mountain and golf course views. On the inside, Casa con Vista has a spacious family room with comfortable Lazy Boy reclining furniture, a 55" Samsung TV with "smart" capability in conjunction with the DVD player. Also included is a Wii game system. Each master suite has a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV and ceiling fans. All linens are included along with cable and internet. Kitchen is fully furnished with stainless appliances, cookware, dishes and small electrics. Please feel free to inquire for a detailed housing inventory. The spacious furnished living room has a reading area with books, games, and puzzles. Relax on the back patio enjoying the wildlife (deer, javelina, bobcats, coyotes, and gambel quail) without worrying about stray golf balls, as the green is a fair distance from the house and there are no active tee boxes nearby. The patio has remote controlled ceiling fans and very comfortable furniture as well as a 6 person dining table. Summary: My husband and I had the pleasure of spending 16 days at this incredible house. Linda provided the best instructions I have seen to date on the check-in - stay - and check-out process. This truly helps and ensures a successful stay. The house was immaculate. Clean, updated and fully stocked. The golf course views were full of wildlife. Each morning we enjoyed coffee outside enjoying the scenery. Both my husband and I worked while there, the internet kept zoom calls clear! At night the skys were breathtaking. I just wish we had not had to come home - would have stayed another 2 weeks if possible, I recommend this home to anyone wanting to relax in comfort knowing any issues or questions are answered right away. BEST STAY EVER!!!

Summary: We had the privilege of staying at this property for the month of December, 2021 and it provided a much needed respite from another year of Covid. Linda and Dirk's home is located in a community that provides guests with every amenity hoped for. More important this home provides folks with every imaginable item - from comfortable beds, to a fully equipped kitchen, to a beautiful patio with gas grill and - a golf cart if desired. Add in the setting with visits from local wildlife and available communication with the hosts if needed and the result is a memorable stay. Thank you Linda and Dirk for sharing your home with us!

Summary: This is a very beautiful home in a fabulously gorgeous setting. A panoramic view of the Catalina Mountains was the spectacular backdrop to the golf greens. The wildlife viewing was terrific. I enjoyed seeing many birds, plus deer and coyotes and even two bobcats from the house. The two bobcats that walked through the yard. Excellent and helpful communication from Linda. Two thumbs up.

Summary: We stayed during the month of November and thought this was a perfect vacation getaway in every respect. The home is on a quiet street, yet is walking distance to the main clubhouse with tennis, golf, and dining. The layout and appointments were first rate, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable floor plan that included two spacious bedrooms and walk-in closets. The back yard was the highlight of our trip, with multiple seating and dining areas, all having expansive views of the golf course and dazzling Catalina mountains (we continually surveyed the community and could find only a few homes that could match this setting). Supermarket shopping (Walmart, Safeway, Fry’s, Bashas’) was within a reasonable distance. For bikers, the community offered miles of safe cycling through seemingly endless streets and loops. For hikers, nearby trails challenged and thrilled. And for nature lovers, this location was a virtual petting zoo filled with deer, coyotes, javelinas, and rabbits watched over by curious hawks. Very highly recommended.

Summary: Spent 2 wonderful relaxing weeks here with my 91-year-old mother for a COVID-cation. It was perfect! I have stayed in lots of VRBO properties but never one this well-appointed with anything you could possibly need. Also super comfortable from beds to sofas. Hope we can come back some day!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at this extremely clean & comfortable house. The views are amazing at any time of day, wonderful landscaping with wildlife sightings daily. Home is fully equipped with everything you could want. Adequate seating both inside & outside. All rooms are very spacious. Also the location of the home in the Saddlebrooke community is ideal. We were very happy with this rental.
