2 Bedroom House in Afton

2 bedroom 2.5 baths
Both bedrooms are upstairs.
We tried to fully stock everything you can possibly need for your stay so all you really need to bring is your clothes and food if you want to cook!
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, & small appliances.
Dining room has tall kitchen table with 6 chairs along with 2 extra barstools at bar for extra seating.
Living Room room has a very comfy couch and a big ottoman so you can come home kick your feet up and relax after your long day on the lake. Not to mention the 78” TV with NETFLIX provided, perfect for a movie night!
Master Bedroom offers nice King size bed, 2 nightstands with built in nightlights, large TV. Spacious Master bath has shower & separate soaking tub with spa items included for all guests.
2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds (beds can be converted to a king size bed upon request, fun floating chair perfect for relaxing or reading, nice big TV.
Fulll Bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs.
Garage has been converted into a game room with pool table, ping pong table, foos ball, and other board games. The Gameroom has a futon and mattress for extra guests. There is also a nice raised air mattress available for additional sleeping needs. We have a fun Golf Cart available to rent for an additional small fee, perfect for cruising around the island!
Laundry room is nicely decorated with newer front loader washer/dryer stocked with detergent and dryer sheets, iron etc.
The back yard/patio is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. There are lounge chairs as well as a wood fire pit along with a charcoal grill provided.
There are plenty of extra linens & blankets provided, but we are available for anything else you could need!

Summary: Where do I begin? Everything was excellent. The unit was clean and in great condition. My son and his friend loved the pool table and the giant 75” tv. I could go on and on. A/C worked great, couch was super comfortable, carpet felt great, beds were comfortable, no noise from neighbors, great location. Kade was an awesome host and responded very quickly to all queries. Out next stay at Grand Lake will be in this unit. Thanks!

Summary: Very clean. Easy to find. Great location. Well stocked. Golf cart was an added bonus! We’ve stayed at several condos on Monkey Island, and so far, this is my favorite. No complaints at all. Neighbors are very friendly too…they let us borrow their remote so our college girls could enter back through the smaller gate with the golf cart and avoid the main road. Much safer that way so it gave this mama some extra peace of mind. We will definitely book again.

Summary: After weeks of business travel, my family and I needed a place to rest and reconnect. Kade was a responsive host. The unit had everything we needed. We loved that we were able to bring our boys Duke (boxer) & Gus (dachshund) with us. 🐾

Summary: The master bedroom bed hugged me! The property was very clean, and everything that we needed, plus more! The owner provided kitchen treats, and special bathroom amenities that were above expectations. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the fun game room, and other island amenities. Thank you to our host, Kade, for always responding quickly to any questions we may have had!

Summary: Had a wonderful stay at Kade’s place. The host was super professional, place was even BETTER than on the listing and perfect for our weekend stay at the lake with 2 infants. Rooms were large, the property was extremely clean with new furnishings. The host left nice goodies (snacks) for us on arrival. We would love to stay again soon! Highly recommend!! Thank you!
