Summary: This condo was perfect for the four of us. Enough room to spend time together and also find space when needed. We spent most of our days at the beach (15 mins away), so this was close enough and far enough at the same time. We enjoyed a pool day in the community. They have a "no splash zone" which is a nice feature. Loved the screened in porch. My husband and I enjoyed having our coffee out there in the morning and relaxing with our books in the evening. Saw deer and birds daily. We would definitely rent this place again!!

Summary: The property was found as expected (Clean, nice location, met all our expectations). It's about 10 - 15 minutes away from Bethany Beach and other beaches are around 30 minutes away. We loved our stay and would recommend this property.
