Located on the inlet to Lake Erie with boat dock access. This top floor unit has enclosed balcony views overlooking the water. Fish right off the dock just steps away or take your boat out to the lake.

Full kitchen, washer/dryer, coffee maker and other amenities.
Unit includes: Living Room with Roku TV and WI-Fi. Sofa and love seat that pull out into sleeper sofas. Kitchen with full-sized appliances, eat at peninsula countertop, stocked with cooking supplies. Balcony with a view of the channel and lake. Full-sized bathroom with tub/shower is stocked with towels and linens. Washer/Dryer. Bedroom with queen-sized bed and TV. Upstairs loft with a bunk bed with queen and twin bed and half bath. Covered carport.
40 min to Cedar Point. 15 min to Port Clinton and the jet express to Put'n/Bay. 20 min to Maumee Bay State Park. 30 min to Marblehead. Minutes away from Davis Besse, Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge, and Magee Marsh, some of the best birding locations in Ohio.
Pets allowed only after arrangement. Smoking is not allowed. For renters bringing their own boat and who plan to use the boat dock, per Greencove condo association, renters are required to purchase a one time $15 boat pass and provide proof of boaters insurance

Summary: Perfect place especially for fishing. The ease of docking and being on the lake nearly immediately saves a ton of headache.

Summary: The condo was very clean and well decorated. Very close to all the birding hot spots and a great ice cream place. Check in was easy and it had pretty much everything we needed. The mini reese cups were a nice treat. Only negative and not related to the actual place itself was wild wings down the road. I would not eat there. They seemed very understaffed and did not acknowledge our presence or clean the table in the 10 minutes we were there. We left.Overall great stay!
