Positive: The guest made everything comfortable for a relaxing stay, including all ready in the kitchen for preparing meals, coffee and more. The place is nearby convenience stores and Metro, calm and safe. I definitely recommend this place and will probably come again !

Positive: Spacious 3 bedroom apartment, excellent for a family of 5-6. Nice kitchen satisfying more than basic cooking needs. 2 showers/bathrooms. Near DC subway system, by far the best way to get into interesting sites of the capitol. Neighborhood not the best though we did not feel under any danger even walking at night. Police station a few buildings over on street. Must read instructions sent by host carefully before arriving.
Negative: Better and more detailed instructions required on how to receive key to building. Many stairs to apartment so less convenient for those with a lot of luggage especially if planning short stay. Parking behind building however only access from front which is nuisance when dealing with luggage. Host warning to be quiet because of downstairs neighbors, in practice every little movement caused banging on ceiling by said neighbor, to consider if traveling with little children.
